Do you offer a warranty?​
All work performed by Roberts Resurfacing comes with a 3 year limited warranty

Do you have a showroom?
We provide you with a free in-home, personalized colour consultation and estimate. By not having a store front, we pass on significant savings to our customers.

How long does the product last?
Both the granite stone finish and bathtub finish can last 15 - 20 years when properly maintained.

How long does the application process take?
The granite stone finish or bathtub application takes 3 to 5 hours to complete.

When can I start using the counter or tub?
You can begin using the counter or tub the next day. 

Does my sink have to be removed?
No, we can do all the resurfacing without removing the sink. Thus, saving you the cost of hiring a plumber and any costs for repairs that may occur when old plumbing is unhooked.

Is there a strong odor with the application process?
Yes, however the odor dissipates within 4-5 hours. We can offer a French Vanilla fragrance to mask the odor. 

How tough is the new surface?
The material used for the top coat is very durable. The stone finish is scratch and stain proof and extremely heat resistant; in fact it is similar to the material used to protect the Alaskan pipeline.

Are the seams on the counter still there after the application? 
We correct the uneven seams during the repair stage of the application process, leaving a virtually seamless appearance.
